With our origination and structuring, our lenders can capitalize, facilitate and provide ongoing servicing for loans and annualized lines of credit from $ 1 million to $ 50 million; henceforth, ELS is not limited by the complexity and participatory desirability and requirements of any single, multi-tiered transaction.

ELS has a less than one percent (1%) rate in loan defaults, material non-performance and sub-standard ratings in over $ 675 million in FDIC regulated, and non-regulated, commercial loan placements and transactions since 1997.
