2009 - Nashville, Tennessee, Centennial Pediatrics, Inc. Project Manager. Provided Financial Consulting and Business Development support to largest pediatric group in the state of Tennessee to acquire land, manage development phase and pre-construction activity of new location in Murfreesboro, TN.

2004 – Nashville, Tennessee, Nashville Jet, Inc - Maintenance, Service, Repair at Nashville International Airport – Re-capitalization and Operating Credit Facility.

2003 – Detroit, Michigan, Ascension - St. John’s Northeast – Financing & Acquisition.

Project Value: $ 23 Million. Structured the financing and obtained a financing commitment on behalf of the prospective buyer of the facility.

2003 – Brentwood, Tennessee, Athena Health Club & Day Spa. 18,000 square foot Luxury health club and day spa. Development & Project Manager for Owner. Development and New Construction.

2002 – Smyrna, Tennessee, Crown Park Development. A six acre medical campus with a planned 120,000 square foot of medical office space, diagnostic imaging, primary care and patient care services Developed the financing structure with GE Healthcare & Small Business Property. Development and New Construction.

Project Value: Phase 1 - $ 5 Million.

2001 – Brentwood, Tennessee, Pain Medicine & Rehabilitation Group. 18,000 square foot medical office building and fluoroscopy suite and surgery center. Financed Renovation and New Construction.

2001 – Louisville, Kentucky, Downtown Hotel – Business Development. Provided financial consulting to Owner/Developer and structured the public/private financing proposal submitted to the City of Louisville for review.
